Multi Shop Stop secures the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. When personal information (such as a credit card number or personal data) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol. Multi Shop Stop does not sell, rent or lease your personal information to other third party companies.
- Shipping & Delivery
We would like to inform you that since Multi Shop Stop work with different manufacters, merchandise ordered from different manufacters will be shipped in different packages. We will email the tracking number of each package for your reference. Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, Multi Shop Stop will not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. Please read each one carefully:
LE VELE BEDDING SETS: We use UPS as the shipping carrier. We ship out orders Monday thru Friday 24-48 hours from which order was placed (if received before 3:00 pm EST) and we email you the UPS tracking number for your reference. Most of our customers orders should be recieved within 2-5 business days. We are sorry to inform but we are only shipping LE VELE BEDDING SETS orders to the continental United States.
BLANCHO BEDDING: We use USPS priority mail as the shipping carrier. Orders are shipped, on average, within 1-2 business days from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most of our customer's orders should be received within 2-5 business days from the time that you place your order. We are sorry to inform but we are only shipping Blancho Bedding orders to the continental United States.
SOLID DUVET COVERS, DOWN COMFORTERS and ALTERNATIVE DOWN COMFORTERS: We use either USPS or UPS as the shipping carrier. Orders are shipped on a average, within 2-3 business days from the time the order is placed. We are sorry to inform but we are only shipping Solid Duvet Covers only to the continental United States.
NFL SPORTS BEDDING: Please be aware that our NFL sports bedding usually ship within 2 - 3 weeks. Tracking number will be provided when order is shipped
- Return Policy
Before you return your item(s) you MUST email us at zeela590@gmail.com stating the reason for your return and to request an RA (Return Authorization) Number.
Please note that Multi Shop Stop work with different manufacters. Each category has it's own specific set of rules for the return policy. *PLEASE READ EACH ONE CAREFULLY.
LE VELE, DOPHIA, ARYA BEDDING and SOLID DUVET COVERS Returns: All return requests must be filed within 3 days after delivery. Multi Shop Stop reserves the right to refuse return requests placed after the first three days of the product delivery. ALL returns on Le Vele, Dophia Arya Duvet Cover Bedding Sets and solid duvet covers are charged a $15.00 restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and restocking fee unless the return is a direct result of our error. Due to health regulations, products must be returned in unused condition. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned. All returns must be in the original box in UNUSED condition and must have an RA number before we accept them. You cannot return items without receiving a Return Authorization or RA# from Customer Service with instructions and the address for the return.
An RA code will be issued and sent to you via email to confirm your request and instructions on how to return your order. The return has to be dropped for shipment within 15 days from the delivery date. If we do not recieve the return within 15 days from the delivery date we will refuse it and no refund will be issued..
It is the customer's responsibility to ship the product back at their own cost. Please wrap the package carefully. If the product is damaged while in transit back to the distribution center, the package will be refused. All items must be unused and in their original condition, in their original packaging. Additional fees may be applied if returned products are not in their original condition and packaging.
Preferably use the same shipping method to return items to the provided address; this address will either be a distribution center or the manufacturer's warehouse. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you insure the package in the event that any issues arise during the transportation of the returned order. Multi Shop Stop is not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. Customers will then need to file a claim with the carrier.
Obtain a tracking number or delivery confirmation from the shipper. Save this tracking number for reference if needed, until the manufacturer/distribution center has accepted the return. If possible, email this tracking number to Multi Shop Stop. Once the returned merchandize is recieved, we will insure it is in unused condition and we will then credit your account. Refund processing occurs within 48 hours and an email confirmation will be sent to you once we have processed your refund. If original payment was made by credit card, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be accredited to your card.
Please understand that we cannot refund return shipping and handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
BLANCHO BEDDING and OLIVE KIDS Returns: Due to health regulation, product must be returned in unused condition. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned. All Blancho Bedding and Olive Kids Returns are charged a 15% restocking fee. Return and Exchange is accepted within 30 days of receiving items. No refund will be issued after 30 days.
Buyers are responsible for restocking fee plus return shipping cost unless an error occurred on our part. All return items must include original packaging, ribbons and are in resealable condition. We will not accept any used, washed or damaged products. Also for anything which are wrapped in vacuum compression bag such as pillows and comforters, it cannot be returned once the vacuum compression bag has been torn off. So please DO NOT tear off the vacuum compression bag if you intend to return the merchandise. To return your order, first you need to email us at zeela590@gmail.com to give us your information and the reason for the return. We will then email you back with the shipping address and a "Return Authorization" number that will be good for 14 days. Remember this number MUST be on the outside of the return package, or the package will not be accepted.
ALTERNATIVE DOWN COMFORTERS Returns: All return requests must be filed within 3 days after delivery. Multi Shop Stop reserves the right to refuse return requests placed after the first three days of the product delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost and restocking fee unless the return is a direct result of our error. Due to health regulations, products must be returned in unused condition. It is against the law to resell opened bedding, therefore it cannot be returned. All returns must be in the original box in UNUSED condition and must have an RA number before we accept them. You cannot return items without receiving a Return Authorization or RA# from Customer Service with instructions and the address for the return.
NFL BEDDING Returns: All NFL Bedding returns are charged a 25% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and restocking fee unless the return is a direct result of our error.
ORDER CANCELATIONS Because we work hard to ship every order as fast as possible, there is little time to cancel orders. If for any reason you need to cancel an order, change an item, or change the shipping address, please call us as soon as possible at 787-464-8323.
Generally we cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Therefore the sooner you call us the better your chance of catching the order in time. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return your item.
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point and we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
- Order cancelations and refusals of delivery are subject to a $15.00 per item processing fee plus the actual shipping cost for the return.
